I have now gone four times and just got the monthly membership because I’ve been so impressed. Not only is the wash wonderful and high-tech and clean. They have all the amenities you would need to clean your car after the wash. Towels to dry it the way you like, window cleaner, vacuums! And each time the owner has been there and he in the staff are beyond helpful and accommodating. It’s seriously impressive.

After selling my truck I wanted to cancel this service. After filling out the online form, no response from tidal wave to confirm my cancellation after 9 days. Only after three emails, and a call that I had to wait a long time on , likely a national call line, could I cancel. The lady on the phone told me that they were behind on answering emails. I was a loyal customer since they opened at this site.

I’m very disappointed with how this monthly unlimited wash membership is being handled. I renewed my membership at the beginning of May. Almost immediately after that, the location near my home closed for repairs without any prior notice and with no clear reopening date. That nearby location was the main reason I paid for the membership. Today I drove to another location in the same network, about twice as far from my home. When I arrived, the vacuums were open, but the tunnel wash was closed and blocked off, so I still could not wash my car. There was no clear information about when it would reopen. So now I’ve paid for an unlimited wash membership, but the convenient location is closed and the alternative location I drove to was also unavailable for the actual tunnel wash. Repairs are understandable, but charging customers and then leaving them without reliable access or proper notice is not acceptable. Customers should be offered a pause, refund, or credit when the service they paid for is not realistically available.

They have expensive car wash here and we are members for about a year; we did their most expensive membership. However many times, we go here, they have been temporarily closed because they have been doing their weekly or regular maintenance, draining, filling or what not DURING business hours. There is no reason for them to be not doing it BEFORE and AFTER business hours. This is a lazy way of operating a business. This was a huge waste of money and literal thief and we will be cancelling our membership. Mind you that they have done this MULTIPLE TIMES and it is a waste of Gas and money and they also jump the price up recently. We all had enough of this experience and instead we will take our business and And try Mister car wash instead. When you try to up charge your customers and then decided that you guys can “ temporarily close” Whenever you guys Feel like it, whatever time, whatever schedule. Then what is the purpose of posting a business hours and having membership? Update : So you guys do it repeatedly doesn’t that cross into customer experience territory? Isn’t your logo proposition “unlimited convenience.”

The entrance is easy to miss if you never been here. Drive right past it. People don't normally get car washes a lot in a month, but they do offer a membership for $30 dollars and get unlimited washes. But you NEED to cancel 7 days before the renewal or it auto charges you. The wash itself is nice and gentle. Put your car in neutral and your good to go. Entertaining and pretty colors.
